Originally founded in 1969, the Chadds Ford Barn Shops is a quaint village of historic buildings and community-based businesses in the heart of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania.
Four buildings composed of commercial, retail, and residential spaces allow for a variety of tenants to utilize the space while attracting a crowd to linger and visit all of the shops. Comprised of 11 units spread over four buildings, Chadds Ford Barn Shops has three apartments and eight commercial spaces on 1.42 acres.
