Kirk found homes for us to see that suited our needs/requirements. They worked well with our schedule and provided us information that we needed.

I want to explain my ratings. In the future, I will get an agent who is not associated with the same company/broker that the property is listed with. While Stacie was super nice and easy to work with, I just did not feel that she was my agent, if that makes any sense. I felt that she was more interested in ensuring that the property sold for as much as possible. Now, I do believe that if the property that I purchased was listed with a company/broker with whom she was not affiliated, she would definitely be someone I feel would work on my behalf.

Kirk is wonderful to deal with as a first-time home buyer. I couldn’t have found myself in better hands. I had a million questions and Kirk answered them all. He simplified something that seemed so overwhelming to me!
